Gluten-Free Homemade Noodles

Our made from scratch, gluten-free noodles are incredibly popular because of their firm consistency. 1 lb (16 oz) of noodles included.

To cook noodles: Bring 8 cups of water and a pinch of salt to a rolling boil. Boil noodles on medium/high heat for 8-10 minutes, or until the desired consistency. Be careful not to over-boil to achieve the perfect "al dente" noodle.
